Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or major sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic shipping
Delivery times vary by region and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown during checkout and in our Shipping page.
International shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. For destinations outside our primary warehouse regions, orders are shipped using express courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order contents, and shipping method. Free shipping is available in select regions and will be clearly shown at checkout if applicable.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders (including orders to the United Kingdom), any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by us and are not included in the price.
Tracking
Once your order has been processed and labelled, tracking details are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and usually begin once the shipment is scanned at the carrier’s sorting hub.
