Once your order has been processed and labelled, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
It’s important to note that tracking does not always update immediately after you receive the shipping email. In many cases, the first visible update will only appear once the package has been scanned at the carrier’s main sorting hub. Until that scan happens, the tracking page may show limited or no movement, even though the parcel is already in transit.
This is completely normal, especially for international orders or during busy shipping periods.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, we recommend giving it a little more time and checking again later. Once the parcel reaches the carrier’s network, updates usually begin appearing regularly.
