How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and labelled for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, it will need to be handled through our returns process once it arrives. Returns must meet our return policy requirements and are initiated through our online returns form.

If you’re unsure whether your order can still be cancelled, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on its current status.
