If your order was placed more than 24 hours ago, it has likely already been processed through our fulfillment system and we’re no longer able to make changes to the shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched, any address updates must be requested directly with the courier. When you receive your tracking details and the status shows “In Transit,” you’ll be able to contact the courier to request an address change.

Because we ship orders using third-party courier services around the world, our ability to modify delivery details after dispatch is very limited.

If you’re unable to update the address immediately, you may need to wait a short period until the shipment is fully in transit before the courier can assist.
