During Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, we experience a much higher than normal order volume. Because of this, please allow an extra couple of business days on top of the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.
Your order will still ship using the shipping method you selected, but our warehouses and shipping partners can experience short delays during this period due to increased demand.
Price adjustments
If you purchased during our Black Friday pre-sale, or within one week of the main sale, you may be eligible for a price adjustment. These are handled in line with our Terms and Conditions.
