An exchange is handled the same way as a return, with an additional step to send out the replacement item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received.
How exchanges work:
You return the original item to us following the standard return process.
Once the return has been received and checked, we process the exchange.
The replacement item is then shipped out.
If the product has been used, we’re not able to accept it as a standard return or exchange. That said, in some cases we may be able to accept lightly used items back to our office for marketing or demo purposes.
